1. When will the HOOPTEQ device be available and what will it cost?

2. Is the version shown on the website the final product?

No. What is currently on the website are photos and videos of early prototypes. The final version is in production and your contribution to the presale campaign helps HOOPTEQ get the product over the finish line. In the meantime, HOOPTEQ is committed to providing continual behind the scenes access to our journey to develop it and invites you to join in to build this together. Before the product is shipped you will have a detailed look into the final version including live and pre recorded demonstration videos with Q and As, updated product shots and feature lists, etc.

3. What is HOOPTEQ and what does the package include?

HOOPTEQ is the world's first portable shooting machine that fits in a backpack. Its companion app will feature training programs, interactive games, and shot feedback analytics to bring elite-level development to hoopers anywhere. Your HOOPTEQ package includes: the HOOPTEQ unit, backpack, and a swappable, fashion-forward cover.

4. How portable is HOOPTEQ?

HOOPTEQ weighs approximately ~18 lbs. and folds down into a compact backpack form. Its lightweight design and battery power allow you to easily bring the device anywhere–train at the park, gym, or even in your driveway.

5. How fast and far can HOOPTEQ pass the ball?

HOOPTEQ delivers game-like passes with precision, from the free-throw line to the 3-point line and from the top of the key to the corners.

6. How long does the HOOPTEQ battery last on a single charge?

HOOPTEQ is equipped with a powerful rechargeable battery that provides up to 2 hours of continuous training on a single charge, so you can focus on your reps, not your power outlet.

7. How many basketballs can HOOPTEQ hold at once?

HOOPTEQ is designed to hold up to 2 standard basketballs, compatible with youth, women's, and men's regulation sizes, ensuring you get continuous repetitions without frequent reloading.

8. Is a tablet included with HOOPTEQ, and what devices are compatible with the app?

A tablet is not included with your HOOPTEQ purchase. The HOOPTEQ app will be compatible with most modern iOS (Apple) and Android devices. For optimal performance, we recommend using a device running the newest version.

9. What features does the HOOPTEQ app offer?

The HOOPTEQ app will unlock AI-powered insights, personalized drill recommendations, shot tracking analytics, and gamified challenges to keep you motivated and measure your progress. It's your personal coach in your pocket.

10. How quickly can I set up HOOPTEQ for training?

HOOPTEQ is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It is built with durable materials that can withstand typical outdoor training conditions. However, it is not waterproof and should be stored indoors during heavy rain or extreme weather.

13. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you cancel your order before it ships, you’ll receive a full refund minus a 3% processing fee*. Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days. (*Note: Because payment providers don’t refund processing fees, all returns are subject to a small processing fee to help us cover those costs. We appreciate your understanding.)

14. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working on international options. Stay tuned!.
